One of my absolute favorite things to do with Persia is fabric shopping and today I got to watch two other sets of moms and daughters go through that experience. 8 yr. Old Anika picked out fabric and trims for 12 of her friends so i can teach them how to make a skirt inspired by her culture at her birthday party tomorrow. 4 year old Piper picked out materials for her custom Isabel Azam dress that she won at our Lamorinda fashion show in July.
